Bridgit earned her license as a Master Cosmetologist and Barber at Augusta Technical College along with her Associate’s degree in Business.
She specializes in formal updos for weddings and special occasions. Bridgit has furthered her education with multiple certifications including DevaCurl, Framesi Color, Brazilian Blowouts, and Precision Haircuts. She is skilled in haircuts, color, and styles. Bridgit is a Deva Inspired Stylist, specializing in DevaCut and DevaCurl Transformation for naturally curly hair.
Bridgit has been a member of the His & Her team since 1995. She became the owner of His & Her Hair Salon at the start of 2015. His & Her has been one of the most recommended salon's in Augusta for over 40 years. Under Bridgit's care, His & Her has also earned recognition as Nextdoor's Neighborhood Favorite and The Augusta Chronicle's Cyber City's Best Hair Salon.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys Netflix movie marathons with her family and cats, Sage and Basil. When she's not doing hair, she has fun antiquing and crafting.
Rachel is certified in Pravana Balayage and is a certified Deva Inspired Stylist, specializing in curly hair cuts, styles, and techniques. She originally studied at Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and has furthered her education with training in the American Crew cutting style, modern updo techniques, Joico color, and Sexy Hair Concepts product line. She is skilled in hair styling, color, cuts, and facial waxing. Rachel most enjoys men's cuts, updos, Deva Cuts, and balayage.

Lucia enjoys spending time with friends and family. In her free time, she likes going shopping and exploring local hangouts. Her hobbies include painting and baking desserts.
Lucia is trained in Sunlights Balayage and is a certified Hair Painting Artist, specializing in Elizabeth Faye advanced blonding techniques. She studied cosmetology at Augusta Technical College and has furthered her education by attending the Redken Symposium. She enjoys balayage, highlighting, and men's cuts.

Haley, her wonderful husband Evan, and their dearly loved baby girl Oaklyn live in North Augusta. In her spare time, you can often find Haley spending quality time with her family, attending church, or watching golf tournaments, football games, or movies.
Haley grew up watching her mother do hair and has loved doing hair since she could pick up a brush. She grew up in His & Her Hair Salon and has been a stylist since 2009. She is certified in Pravana color and Brazilian Blowouts. Haley originally sought her education at Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and continues her education with professional hair shows and yearly classes, such as Sunlights Balayage with Candy Shaw.

Kim is married with five children and one dog. When she's not doing hair, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband & children and reading novels.
Kim studied cosmetology at Augusta Technical College and has been a member of the His & Her team for over 25 years. She is passionate about her career as a stylist, because she loves making her clients feel beautiful.
Kayla enjoys spending time with family, watching Netflix, and eating Mexican food. In her free time, she also enjoys art and playing with her dog, Dribble.
Kayla specializes in skin care, body waxing, and airbrush makeup at our Washington Road location. She has continued her education with certifications in dermaplaning, micro-channeling treatments, Skin Script chemical peels and enzymes, and Skin Script professional products.
She pursued her education at Aiken School of Cosmetology and served as an apprentice at His & Her Hair Salon before earning her Esthetics license. She is also trained in Ardell lashes, Temptu airbrush makeup, Se-Brazil waxing techniques, and Nufree hair removal.
Rae enjoys spending time with her husband, Jay, and their furbaby, Lola. They like watching reruns of The Office, Netflix, and appreciating the outdoors. She also likes staying up-to-date on industry trends by watching beauty videos.
Rae pursued her cosmetology education at the Georgia Institute of Cosmetology. She has expanded on her education through further training in Sunlights Balayage, barbering, Chromastics Color with industry leader Tom Dispenza, and Redken coloring techniques.

Lauren loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is very involved in her church and finds joy in mission work. She also loves caring for animals, especially her pet turtles, reptiles, cats, and dogs.
Lauren pursued her education at the Georgia Institute of Cosmetology, and she has continued learning through multiple product certifications, hair extensions certification, various classes, professional hair shows, and the study of celebrity stylists. Lauren values continuing education and felt it was especially important at the beginning of her career. As her clientele grew, she spent her free time attending classes to build her product knowledge. Now, Lauren passes her knowledge on to her clients and is most passionate about color services.

Frankie graduated from Augusta Technical College's School of Cosmetology in 2003 and achieved her license that same year. She was awarded America’s Best Stylist while working with JCPenney and has earned hair cutting and styling awards throughout her career. Frankie has extensive training, continuing education courses, and certifications including Farouk Chi systems and color, Paul Mitchell, Matrix, Avalon, and Mazani. She specializes in all hair types as well as hair extensions.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and dachshund, Azalea. She likes to spend most of her free time watching her favorite sports teams and going to games.
Ashley is trained in Sunlights Balayage techniques. She specializes in blonding and balayage. Ashley originally pursued her education at Empire Beauty School. In addition to hair, she is trained in facial waxing and makeup application. She has continued her education with Kenra styling classes, Joico color techniques classes, and a certification in Sexy Hair Concepts' products. Ashley loves hair painting and challenging herself with color corrections.

Ronda enjoys spending time with her family and participating in fitness competitions.
Ronda has furthered her education with many classes and a certification in hair extensions. She first studied cosmetology at the Aiken County Career & Technology Center. We have considered her a member of the His & Her family since the 1990's.
When asked which hair service is her favorite, Ronda replied, "Oh, I can't pick just one! I love all of them!"
Karen is happily married with four children, and two (soon to be three!) grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, and cheering on her favorite sports teams: the Georgia bulldogs, Atlanta Braves, and Atlanta Falcons.
Karen studied cosmetology at Augusta Technical College. She has been a valued member of the His & Her team for 30 years! She most enjoys color services and the opportunity to meet new people through her work.

Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially outdoors. She attended North Florida Cosmetology Institute in Tallahassee. She moved to Augusta in 2000 and attended Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology. To stay up to date on new techniques and products, Brooke regularly attends color and cutting classes. In addition to being a hair stylist, Brooke likes to stay involved with her community by substitute teaching at several local schools.
